When I started my journey with Vision Personal Training Pyrmont, I had no idea that I would come this far. From wanting to lose just a few kilos in order to be healthier and fitter, I've gone on to lose 20kg and dropped my body fat from 37% to 15%.

It's not just the physical changes that have surprised me the most, it's the mental changes and attitude towards food and fitness, that have also been applied within all aspects of my life.

I credit my Personal Trainer and Vision for where I am today. I really could not have done it without the constant support and motivation I receive.

From running my first 5km event, then 10km, then 200km charity bike ride, to placing 2nd in my first ever body building competition, I feel with Vision, anything is possible.
