Surprisingly dropped 7kg, and now aiming for a sub 5 hour Half Ironman Triathlon*

What got me started:

I'd been quite fit prior to starting my second business (Knights Coffee & Tea Co.

Randwick) but due to the time commitments of opening a new shop, I'd

let my physical activity slide and my diet with it. 6 months into

start up, I began to take some of my life back I wanted to make an

effort to get back into shape.


What surprised me:

How much weight I had to lose. I dropped 7 kg from when I started

(admittedly I'd put some on while on holiday) - if you'd said I had

7kg to lose when I started I would have said no way. I cant believe, how

much I could enjoy training and that is across multiple trainers at

the studio - all have been awesome, the team is fantastic.


Am I happy with my results?

ABSOLUTELY! I've lost weight, gained muscle, feel great, changed my

diet and I'm enjoying my training more than ever. My tri times

just keep getting faster and faster.


What keeps me coming back?

-Seeing the improvement and the way it gets me prepped for my day at

work - 5am training is a real winner!
