'I joined Vision in my 60's. I was ageing and knew the importance of staying fit, healthy and strong. I have had numerous underlying shoulder issues throughout my life, and even though they prevent some exercises from being done, Vision tailored my program to account for these particular physical needs.
My passion in life is golf, and I want to be playing for as long as my body allows me. Since joining Vision my game has improved considerably. Core, glutes, hamstring and grip strength have all increased, meaning I am playing better now than I was back in my youth.'
Joe is a testament to keeping active past 60. You are never too old to exercise, and most importantly strength / resistance training. Well done Joe, we love the Rock n Roll when you are in the studio.
