Wow, Jo looks incredible as you can see, her energy is through the roof but her attitude for self-improvement is what we love about Joey.

Constantly quizzing us on how she can improve her knowledge around nutrition and training and we are more than happy to contribute.

Jo eats freely without having to track her food, a member of our Studio for the last 6 years she has adopted so much knowledge around her eating and exercise she recognises if I consume more I just need to move more, if I want to lose body fat I just need to consume a little bit less calories for the next month and assess if I am happy with where I am at.

Consistency being the key Jo does 2 weights per week, 2-3 group training sessions and a walk or run if she feels like it, all whilst having the odd glass of wine, chocolate and dessert but for 80% of the time her nutrition is brilliant.

Only 20% of the country do regular exercise, Jo you have made 4-5 times a week your lifestyle and a balanced diet and at 50 years old you have never gained weight.

That is success and an inspiration to many so we are very proud to put you up in lights because you truly deserve it and hopefully your story inspires people to move a little more and eat a little better.
