Shona has lost a staggering 14kg in just 5 months. Through self-reflection, behavioural changes and accountibility to her eating and exercise she has vastly improved her lifestyle in order to shed the weight.

Cutting down on sugary and refined foods, using her Vision food diary and committing to her Personal Training and Group Sessions has enabled Shona to achieve this amazing result.

Shona is an avid Run Club member and is not fazed by the longer distance routes that the runners have to endure. She just gets on with it. 

With her discipline and outstanding work ethic, Shona will undoubtedly continue with her weight loss and only improve her running alongside that.
