Simone has embraced the Vision way of life by changing her eating habits, committing to her food diary, 2 Personal Training sessions, Group X-Train and four 30-60 minute walk or runs per week.

This has led to an astonishing transformation post pregnancy providing  sustainable long lasting change. Which has allowed her to enjoy a night out with her friends each week whilst maintaining her 12kg weight loss.

Sim is an advocate for Vision and is continually encouraging her friends to join the journey with her.
