This success story is about someone who really challenged herself every step of the way to achieve long term success, which is what everyone wants to achieve.  Emily's amazing story first started when she came in looking to get in shape for her wedding.  Emily's history of exercise and nutrition was a very common all or nothing approach, eating what she thought was perfectly through the week (we found she was undereating) and then bingeing over the weekend on poor food choices.  Emily was very interested in gaining more knowledge about her own nutrition and training, working with her trainer closely along the way as she learnt to correctly fuel her body with nutrient dense foods and exercise specifically according to her body type.  Of course, there were challenges along the way, however as we know nothing worth having comes easily.  Emily's biggest shift has been in her mindset and the way she thinks about food and the scales.  Because of her mindset shift she is now 10kg's down and has more muscle, less body fat, but more importantly she is now confident, more productive in work, has increased energy levels, reduce stress levels and a huge increase in self-worth.  She has full trust in her trainer Elliot and they have both increased her daily food intake so she is no longer in a deficit which she has been in for almost two and half years.
