Jared decided to immerse himself in the Autumn 2016 9 week challenge to better help and work with his many clients who were also embarking on the challenge. Determined to set a good example and lead from the front, Jared set a followed a perfect nutrtion and training plan.
Throughout the challenge, Jared maintained a normal exercise regime and definitely did not do any extra cardio or weight training on top of his normal regular programs. Throughout the challenge Jared filled his food diary perfectly a minimum 5 days/week, allowing himself 1 day for a "cheat" meal and 1 day as an accelerator day.
The visual results speak for themselves. By altering his nutrition only, Jared managed to shave 4kg and 3% body fat off his frame.
