When Jess joined the studio in February of 2017, she said she felt ashamed with herself that she had let herself get to this point. At over 100kg, she decided that it was time to commit to changing her lifestyle for the better. She began making changes to her day to day life, and slowly but surely the weight began to come off. By April 2017, she had lost over 10kg and was beginning to feel more confident in herself. She was even more committed now to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
As she became more comfortable, she began to understand the balance between exercise and nutrition. This allowed to her to continue her social life, and even fit in pizza and dumplings occasionally on the weekends. By working with her Personal Trainer Jared, they managed to plan out the perfect week for Jess. To date, Jess has not only lost over 25kg, over 60cm from her chest, waist and hips, but it has allowed her become a happier and more confident version of herself.
