Since joining the studio, Kristy has drastically changed her life for the better. Working with her Personal Trainer Haydn, they have found the perfect balance of nutrition and exercise, while still allowing Kristy to be flexible over the weekends.
Committed to improving her health, Kristy regularly participates in 10km fun run events, and is currently training for the Gold Coast Marathon 10km, where she hopes to get a PB. This is a massive achievement considering when she started training she couldn't run 5km.
As well as improving her fitness levels, Kristy has also lost over 12kg, and an outstanding 35cm from her chest, waist and hips.
Kristy has truly made a complete lifestyle change, and now really understands the benefits that arise from healthy nutrition and regular exercise.
