Racquel came to the studio after recovering from some health issues, encouraged by her fantastic husband Stu and son Forrest, who also train with us. Racquel came to us looking to feel strong and healthy again, developing some routine and healthy habits. She immediately started seeing some great results from incorporating resistance training, then fine tuning her food intake with trainer Dan.
Racquel has now lost over 10% of her body weight, whilst becoming stronger and fitter than ever before! Stu and Racquel are consistently working hard to turn these changes into a lifestyle, balancing work, family and social lives to still ensure they keep progressing. Racquel is a regular in the studio, often coming in to do cardio whilst Stu or Forrest do their personal training sessions. Awesome work Racquel!
