Training at Vision has helped me change my life. Visions comprehensive approach to fitness and health has helped me make positive and sustainable changes to my diet and exercise routine. I used to restrict my food thinking it would help me lose weight and as a result I had no energy and was constantly hungry. Now I have changed my diet and I feel so much healthier than ever before.
The Trainers are extremely supportive and are fantastic at reminding you of your goals and keeping you motivated throughout your 9 weeks. My Trainer has helped me with any concerns I have around food and has helped me think of interesting ways to complete my weekly cardio goals.
Since starting at Vision I now feel like I have gained the skills to continue to live a healthy and active lifestyle long term.
