Everybody wants to see results, and usually they want them right from the word go.

Thankfully, if you follow your program completely for your first nine weeks of training at Vision Personal Training St Ives, you will literally see the benefits - that's our promise. Say hello to that little black dress or that pair of new jeans.

But once you've achieved that initial goal, it can be easy to celebrate and then take your foot off the gas. End result? All that hard work goes to waste. Those pesky kilos creep back on, those strong muscles waste away. The black dress and jeans get relegated to the back of the wardrobe once again.

That's the last thing we want. We're after sustainable results.

Achieving optimal health and fitness is a much longer process. It takes time to achieve those incredible results that will change your life for the better but it's a lifelong effort to maintain them.  We're not talking quick fixes here - we're talking the real deal.

Nutrition

Our seminars and shopping tours will both inform and surprise you, and show you how, armed with this new knowledge, you can eat your way to a better life.

Training

Regular, consistent training is the key to progression which is, in turn, the way to achieve lasting results. It takes time to change your body, be it through burning fat or gaining muscle.

If you miss a few workouts, you may be able to feel the difference in your performance. It can be demoralising. But don't let it get you down too much, the solution is simple - get back on the horse and keep going!

Emotional wellbeing

Remember how awesome you feel after a great workout, or that great sense of achievement when you hit a new goal. Exercise and nutrition are two major contributors to our emotional wellbeing, helping us to stay both healthier and happier. Motivation
