The weight just fell off him!*



Chris had a tough start to the challenge...his Trainer told him he couldn't have alcohol for 9 weeks! However, when he saw the weight falling off him, he knew she was onto something. Chris was nothing but focused from start to finish. He had one go to Hawaii. Chris followed his training and food plans perfectly. It was the combination of weights, low-moderate intensity cardio and timing of food that gave Chris the perfect plan for success.
