I spent a lot of time and money on different gyms, diets and medications to lose weight, never knowing what success felt like until I joined Vision Personal Training St Ives. I was amazed by the results I started seeing in the first weeks. The success I have had is due to the easy to use food diary in Vision Virtual Training, the guidance of my trainer and the support of my family and friends.

I am proud of the way that I look for the first time in my life, having lost 30kg, 58.5 cm around my body, currently 21 percent body fat also going from a size 16 to a size 10! The way that I view food and exercise has totally changed through the education and awareness provided by the Vision seminars and online education. I felt accountable for what I was eating, and seeing great results each week helped keep me motivated to continue with the positive changes I had made.

My tip for weight loss success would be "preparation is key". When I have my meals prepared and pre-cooked, there is no temptation to eat the wrong things.
