We are increasingly finding clients who just want to train for wellness. Many people will train to lose weight, gain strength and increase fitness however for some people just want to train to feel well. What does this mean and how do we do it differently at Vision Personal Training?

A positive mindset helps to create a feeling of wellbeing

Finding something you enjoy doing and doing more of it is a good start. Knowing what you are doing will show improvements over time will assist in positive self talk and in turn a sense of pride in taking action. At Vision Personal Training we encourage you to make short, medium and long term goals and then help you plan the steps to get there. It might be a new job you want or a holiday you want to take and getting your mindset in a positive frame will help you make the changes required to do it. Our experience in coaching you will help you change your lives in every way - starting with your mind.

Challenging yourself helps you feel strong

Trying something new and pushing yourself just a little or even a lot can help you feel strong, powerful and in control of your life. It doesn't have to be a huge scary goal just something new or interesting. At Vision we can help you select a goal and find ways to help you get there. It really comes down to consistency and persistence when times get tough - that's what we are here for. Achieving the small things empowers you to think bigger, give yourself an opportunity to be proud of yourself and a chance to move forward.

Socialising gives you a sense of friendship and support

Walking into a small, friendly studio and welcomed like one of the family is just part of the amazing culture we have. Our trainers are here for you and will always be there to help you. It's our clients however, who really create a warm and inviting culture. It is easy to socialise after the group training sessions- having a coffee together allows people to get to know each other and provide support

Great habits and routines are the key to stress less

One of the keys of wellness is to have less stress in your life. An easy way to relieve stress is to get organised and create simple habits that become routine. It's as simple as booking in time to exercise, preparing lunch while cooking dinner and prioritising the way you spend your time. We can help you with all of those actions. Having a diary really simplifies life and once you allocate time to the things that are important you will find you have time in your day to complete all your tasks.
