Hannah has been training with us for almost 5 years. Thanks to her supermum Kath, she was able to start to develop great muscle tone and increase her fitness from a young age. Her BIOSCAN results are a reflection on the priority she places on her health and fitness.
Hannah is very active and plays a variety of sports including netball and touch football. She is currently studying at uni as well as working and still finds time to train, eat well and enjoy life.
After many years of completing the Mother's Day Classic Hannah took on the recent SMH half marathon relay with her trainer Jack and is now training for the Sydney Running Festival 10km in September. Increasing her running distance is a great goal and can be completed during outdoor weekly runs and complemented with PT and doing her own cardio sessions in the studio.
We know there is a half marathon in those legs and can't wait to see you achieve even more.
