Jan started at Vision Personal Training early 2017, with a high level black belt in Taekwondo, but was looking for something to push herself to the next level of fitness.
Jan is now benching more than her bodyweight, and leg pressing a massive 220kg with ease! She has lost 5kgs, and is determined not to stop until she's less than 60kg. Her consistency and determination are unparalleled. No matter how crazy the workout sounds, she always gives it a go! Well done Jan, we're excited to see what's next!
