Michelle started with Vision Stanmore in May 2017 having had her gorgeous son 6 months prior. She wanted to strengthen and tone up and also have a healthy second pregnancy.
Straight away we were able to train her through our Pregnancy program and with two Trainers helping her achieve her goals, she trained consistently throughout the 9 months taking a break with only 2 weeks before her due date.
Michelle really utilised her time with the Trainer ensuring she had enough rest between sets and plenty of time to debrief her hectic life, job responsibilities and everything that goes with toddlers and tantrums.
We are so excited for her and know she is fitter and stronger than her previous pregnancy and ready to tackle life with two beautiful baby boys. We can't wait to see her return in a few months ready to set new goals and give us our updates of the boys.
