Rhiannon started training at Vision early 2018 after moving to
Sydney from Canberra where she had prioritised her studies. The
first few months the weight was flying off, and was getting
stronger every week. The progress slowed down but never ceased. Her
diligence and consistency with keeping track of her macros by
consistently filling in her food dairy was the key to
her dropping 10 kilos. Rhiannon took small steps forward by
setting and achieving her weekly goals. She set a big challenge in
her recent goal session and once again chipped away at it over the
weeks finally achieving 200kg leg press for 10 reps. Great strength
Rhiannon, Well done!
