I have been with Vision Personal Training for over 2 years and keep being surprised at the ongoing progress I have made. When I first joined it was mainly to help with my mental wellbeing, but I have gone on to enjoy being a much fitter and stronger version of myself. Together with my trainer Jonno, I have worked hard at my running. And I am proud at the gains I have made - I even ran my first marathon last year and am planning to run another one this year.

I have lost weight and am fitter than I have ever been in my life. Jonno keeps pushing me to try things that I would never think of, or be confident to do, on my own. I love the support, what I have learnt and the accountability I get through the Vision team. Even though getting out of bed for early morning PT sessions can feel hard, I never regret it once I am there.
