Here is what scientists have told us. It's easier to behave your way into a new way of thinking than to think your way into a new way of behaving.

 

To get a result, be it lose weight, save more money, become more productive at work, have more energy, we need to wire in a new mindset. We need the mindset of confidence, positivity, to thrive, to learn, of self-belief and realisation and whatever else we desire to help us take the next step towards self-fulfilment.

 

People often say, "well I know what I have to do, I know what I should do, so why don't I behave the way I want?"

The answer is you are not changing because you're not yet behaving like the person you want to become. The solution is YOU HAVE TO START TODAY! Not tomorrow, not next week, not when the time is right. The time is never perfect to make a change; the time to act is NOW

 

 

So how do we do this?

 

 

Science is now saying that to create a new mindset you must behave like the person you want to become. This behaviour over time wires in new neural pathways to the brain.

 

Our brains are like a muscle. And like any muscle they are designed to adapt. According to the University of London it takes 66 days to wire in a new habit. Once the habit is formed it becomes automatic. Once this habit is formed it is HARDER to go back to the old habit than the newly formed habit. The brain adapts to NEW behaviour, wiring it in to automaticity, which allows your body to act on a subconscious level making it almost effortless to maintain these positive changes.

 

You can have the best plan on the world, but without action and execution the plan is hollow and will ultimately lead to failure. To be before you become is not easy, it requires hard work, inspiration, motivation and passion for the desired outcome you want to achieve. And this is all achieved through the mind. This is where YOU make the decision to change.
