Aimee Lindfield has had such an outstanding transformation. Within 12 weeks she lost 5 kg and put herself in second place for the 1.2km fitness test at 5:30min.  "Action is the foundational key to all success" Aimee's strategy was to slowly implement healthy lifestyle strategies such as: exercising regularly, making better nutritional choices, and consuming less alcohol. Aimee has been a regular member of our Run Club overcoming numerous physical challenges, but through her perseverance and determination she has achieved these amazing results!
