Improved functionality, range of motion and body composition*

The main reason for joining Vision Personal Training Hunter Street was that I had a long-term back injury and was advised that it would be improved through regular strength training. When I began my journey back in June 2017, I was experiencing daily pain and weighed in at 79kg.

Being time poor, I felt that Vision's structure and systems could really work for me, and they certainly did. I had to set time aside to train every week and design my nutritional plan and develop clear and concise goals, reviewed every nine weeks. It quickly became a weekly routine for me. The one on one support from my trainer Adam has been amazing, as well as the support that you get from the rest of the Vision Personal Training Hunter Street team. Adam took significant time to focus on how we increase strength in different areas to reduce the pressure on my back, always coming up with new strategies for variety and further improvement.

Reflecting back over the time I've spent with Vision Personal Training Hunter Street, the biggest win for me was the reduction in pain to almost zero on daily basis. My range of movement and fitness has also vastly improved. The additional benefit I got from the program was the weight loss. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and now weigh the same as I did nearly 20 years ago. All of this has also improved my emotional wellbeing as well. I feel good, resilient and able to deal with the stresses of daily life.
