Decide, commit, succeed! It works. I kept procrastinating and finding excuses to not commit to getting my body into shape. Over the years I had done various weight loss and fitness routines with success, I knew what I had to do, but getting my mindset in the right place was the challenge.
Every day I travelled past the Vision Personal Training Takapuna on my way to work in the city and I kept thinking I should go in. Finally I did it, and haven't regretted a day since. Ben started me on the journey, the process they go through focusses you on your goals. I needed someone to keep me honest and to encourage me to succeed. 9 weeks later and 7.1kgs lighter I'm feeling fantastic. Sophie my trainer in awesome. Losing weight isn't just about sensible eating, as you get older it's important to tone up and increase your fitness. I now feel fantastic and have a renewed confidence and I'm now focussing on my second challenge. Thanks guys it works!
