I started the Vision Training system thinking I wanted to lose a little bit of wedding weight, I didn't really see myself as "too bad".  I'd been a member of another gym for 5 years and would regularly go (without results). I had personal trainers, which did push me to get results but I could never hold them.

After the first 9 week challenge at Vision I finally understood "what, why, how" to get results. It's not just weights, it's not just cardio, and it's not just diet. It is a measured combination of each, and that specific measurement is what Vision Personal Training cater to for each individual's needs. I'm at the end of my second 9 week challenge, what I have learnt in terms of education towards food, weights, cardio, and the balance needed to make it all work is invaluable.
