Caitlin, set out the weight loss challenge with a positive attitude after having recently gained 10 kilograms. Following a relationship break down a few weeks into the challenge, she did not let it ruin her motivation. But rather used the emotion to fuel her fire and work harder than ever before; going above and beyond her original goal of 9kg.

With the assistance and motivation of her Trainer, Caitlin did not miss one personal training session and had few slips with her nutrition which meant she was able to go above and beyond her original goal.  Now she has her eyes set on further weight loss goals.
