Sara knew how to eat well but wasn't following what she knew. After finishing school she spent a lot of time going out with friends, paired with not doing as much exercise (now that she finished participating in school sports), she gained about 8.5kgs.
She started eating well again and doing some infrequent exercise on her own. The weight was proving difficult to lose, so after seeing her sister get great results at Vision Wahroonga, she also signed up.
The structured exercise program gave her extra motivation to keep up with her healthy eating and moderate her nights out.
Besides having to buy smaller clothes after losing 8.5kgs and a total of 32.5cm, she is enjoying the improvement in her sport, life and confidence!
