I first joined Vision Personal Training after an over indulgent trip overseas which led to me being at my heaviest weight. At first, I was nervous to start as I didn't know if I would be able to achieve my goals of weight and fat loss and stick to my workout and nutrition plans. However, this feeling quickly disappeared as I learnt more about the Vision community and felt the support from all the Personal Trainers especially my Trainer who has taught me so much more than I ever expected!
I was able to achieve my goal through learning more about nutrition and having the dedication to commit to my goals. Apart from my PT sessions I also used the VVT app to track my nutrition and the group classes. I feel the combination of PT Sessions, Group Training, nutrition knowledge and commitment allowed me to achieve my goals. I would 100% recommend Vision Personal Training as it not only helps you lose weight but educates you for the rest of your life.
