After seeing myself in a family video on Christmas Day 2017,
my mind was set!
Over the past 3 years, I've been through a medical journey
that took all my focus and as a result my fitness declined and my
weight crept up without me noticing.
My 2018 goal was to lose 13 kgs and get back into fitness. I
quit sugar on the 3rd of January and started training with Belle at
the end of January.
I forgot how much better I feel and how much I enjoy my time
at the gym.
8 months later I've lost 17kgs, 14% body fat & 52cm from
my chest, waist & hips and feel amazing!
I'm looking forward to what's next!
