When I first started at Vision I was overweight and very unfit and having a long term goal like this seemed simply unachievable, but no matter how often I said 'I really don't think I can do that' my trainer Dom always had the same unwavering, emphatic answer - 'of course you can. ' And eventually I believed him!

At Vision, the team make you feel like you are so much more than just another body sweating it out in the gym, and for me it is this personalised approach to both nutrition and training that has been the key to not only losing 10kg but becoming fitter and healthier than I have been in many, many years. Having someone to challenge what you think are your limits and helping push you beyond them gives you an amazing sense of accomplishment.
