I felt trapped and super anxious about how I looked to all the other people in my life and what they thought about me, I was in a toxic relationship prior to joining and when it ended, I had to re-evaluate my thought processes and how I lived my life. I was surprised at how easy it is to make everything work together in the balance of food and exercise and the sheer amount of food you need to put in to get results. I have a lot more confidence in my image and do not care as much about what other people think, just focusing on what I think is best. I now understand that food is twice as important as the actual exercising and having a way to track the amount you are actually putting into your body will help you to progress.
