I felt bad, I'd lost weight before and put it all back on so I felt like I'd let myself down. Life is busy. I didn't feel like I could find the time to make my losing weight my number one priority because I know how much focus and energy it takes to lose weight, so I delayed doing something for ages!! It really doesn't take a huge amount of time to start moving in the right direction. If I just followed the instructions of my amazing trainer Tom I could get the results I was looking for!

My trainer Tom has been exceptional at helping me. The accountability, help and direction he has provided has made all the difference in me reaching my goals.
