I never thought I felt any different until now. If I go a few days of eating bad I feel so bloated and "heavy" which I guess I would never have really known the difference before. Laziness I think held me back from getting the results I wanted. I'd had gym memberships before, but I couldn't commit to going or if I did go, I'd psych myself up for a good 40-minute session and then get bored or over it and go home after 20-30 mins of a half assed session. The biggest surprise is that I can still enjoy food. It's the only place I've been to where I've seen results, you're not only taught about exercise and how to exercise but also what to put into your mouth and why.
