I never really thought my weight was too much of a problem until I went back and had a look at photos, it honestly made me feel sick knowing I actually looked like that and was at a ridiculous weight! I was lazy, couldn't be bothered to get up and make the move to better myself, what's surprised me the most is how easy it is to change habits, get the motivation to work towards a goal and change your life. The biggest benefits would be losing weight and having a dedicated trainer to push you that little bit more when you need it. I would say to everyone thinking of joining, do it! It will be the best thing you do for yourself and you won't look back.
