I felt tired and lethargic. I was always making excuses not to exercise and not giving myself time in the day for myself. I didn't want to go out because I would always heat up and sweat. I now love training and doing weights and the trainers are great. They all work as a team to push you and motivate you. I thought what I was eating was the right foods until I joined, now I have a greater knowledge of better food choices and train with great friends that all want me to achieve my goal. You will be held accountable and pushed to achieve your goals and if you follow the program you will achieve your goals.
