When I was initially looking to lose about 10kg in weight a friend of mine suggested I try Vision Personal Training Clarence Street. The Studio was conveniently close to my work and the Trainers there were very friendly. I am very happy to say that I easily exceeded my goals with the help of my Trainer and now have a better toned body which many friends and colleagues have commented on. The Vision advice has been practical and my Trainer has done a great job keeping me on track and motivated. Now that I have achieved my weight loss goal and kept the weight off for the last couple of years, my focus has now moved to fitness and I'm proud to say I can complete 33 push ups on my hands and toes!
