"I joined with the goal of ﬁnishing off my weight loss and to get ﬁt for my grandkids. My total weight loss was 28kg and I am proud to say I have kept it off. I believe the education Vision provides of what, how and when to eat is the key difference between Vision and other weight loss options. Running is not something I ever imagined I would ever want to do until a group of us started running on Sunday mornings and we all completed the 4km run on Mother's Day. That was the start of going out for a run and just seeing how far I could get. I ran my ﬁrst City to Surf that same year and in September 2012 I ran my 1st Half Marathon just before my 57th birthday!
I am ﬁtter and healthier now at 57 than I have ever been in my life! I have so much more conﬁdence and energy I do love that I can skip and run with my grandkids and that is just awesome."
