Before joining Vision, I was depressed about how I looked and felt. Being a 2 pack per day smoker, living on McDonalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks and Donut King, I wasn't sure if I could make it up the flight of stairs to the studio front desk. My first day at Vision, was confronting at 32% body fat I thought, "how did I let myself get to this point?" Once I joined, I promised to give myself 6 months and follow the plan given to me by my trainer fully. Within 13 weeks, I was below 13% body fat, over 30cm off all my measurements and could run for 30mins on the treadmill. Within 6 months, I had run a Half Marathon and eventually gave up smoking. I have now completed 22 marathons and am on my way to my bucket list of 100 marathons. I don't think I do anything special, all I do is what it takes to get my goal. All you have to do is believe in yourself. Vision have me that belief and I am forever grateful.
