Your exercise plan is based off where you are now and what goals you want to achieve. It is broken into three components; light to moderate cardio fitness, hard cardio fitness and weights. Whether you use the program outside in the park, in your gym or at home, you will be able to track your progress. There are many short educational videos to help you quickly understand more about executing exercise correctly as well as plenty of articles to read through on various exercise principles. You can plan ahead of time your workout routines as well as keeping a record of the session completed.

Your daily macronutrients requirement will be allocated by our special calculator based off where you are now and what you want to achieve. Each day you will be allocated how many carbohydrates, protein and fat grams you can consume in each day to reach your goals. The food diary will allow you to enter the foods you plan to eat to be able to gage what it is going to take to reach your daily targets. There are yummy healthy recipes to download and you can insert these meals directly into your nutrition plan plus generate a shopping list, all of which make it easier to stay accountable to reaching your goals.
